COURSE LIST
Course 1
Start in Imabari—dash straight through from the Iyo-Tosa Kaido to the Takamatsu Kaido!
Total course length:150.5km、Elevation gained:1016m

Instead of National Route 11 and the Hama Highway that are standard on the Shikoku loop, this two-day, one-night course rides from Ehime to Kagawa along the quieter National Route 32, together with former All-Japan champion Junya Sano.
Course 2
You can enjoy a stroll through Kotohira while traveling from the Awa Kaido to the Tadotsu Kaido.
Total course length:42.7km、Elevation gained:734m

From Tokushima, cross Inohana Pass to reach Kotohira and head for the port town of Tadotsu. It is a fun course on a road bike, but rent an E-BIKE and even those who don't usually exercise can climb the slopes with ease while enjoying beautiful scenery and a real sense of achievement.
Course 3
Pass through the Takamatsu Kaido and Iyo Kaido routes to reach the entrance of the Shimanami Kaido.
Total course length:155.1km、Elevation gained:1143m

The reverse of Course 1, but with many old roads — ideal for those who want to ride slowly without worrying about traffic. Enjoy a relaxed ride with plenty of stops along the way.
Course 4
A tour of the old roads looping through the Marugame Kaido and Tadotsu Kaido routes.
Total course length:33.1km、Elevation gained:206m

A one-day course from Kotohira through Marugame and Tadotsu. Mostly narrow old roads, so it is recommended for small-wheel bikes, E-BIKEs, and road-bike beginners.
